Responsibilities included: Responsible for the maintenance and repair of complex electronic and mechanical systems in the Photo Equipment section of a semiconductor manufacturing facility. Responsibilities will include: 1) performing data analysis using SPC (Statistical Process Control), real-time monitoring methods, and additional sources to monitor and maintain performance of equipment; 2) planning and performing preventative maintenance with technician team; 3) developing and implementing improvements for availability and reliability of equipment; 4) continuously improving quality, cost, and throughput; 5) tracking and maintaining adequate spare parts inventory for maintenance needs to limit tool down time; 6) interacting with both internal customers and vendors as needed to improve performance and modify equipment; 7) supervising and supporting equipment installation or relocation; 8) troubleshooting tool issues to quickly diagnose and repair.
