The Enterprise Performance System team is responsible for the implementation of Lean across PG&E. This is accomplished by training, coaching, KPI development and tracking, problem solving, use of standards of performance and eliminating waste. This team leads the Enterprise assessment process on how we measure operational excellence and lean maturity This role will manage the design, build, training, and execution of two enterprise assessments: 1) Business System Performance and 2) Lean maturity. The candidate will ensure timely delivery of program milestones, effective stakeholder engagement, as well as oversee the development of the assessment, training and execution. The Program Manager will collaborate with functional area leaders, facilitate assessment and training design, as well as oversee communication and change management efforts. This position is hybrid. In office work 2-3 days a week to the assigned work location based on business need. Work location will be in Oakland reporting to the Oakland General Office. Some travel will be required across the PG&E territory based on business needs. PG&E is providing the full salary/pay range for this position. The actual amount paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, internal equity, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, and geographic location. The range to reasonably expect will be around the minimum and the midpoint <$Min - $Mid of the range>. The final decision will be made on a case-by-case basis related to the factors above. This job is also eligible to participate in PG&E’s discretionary incentive compensation programs.
