JOB LOCATION: 211 S. Akard St. Dallas, Texas 75202 DUTIES: Design and develop ServiceNow solutions including Common Service Data Model (CSDM), Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), and Configuration Management (CMDB). Provide strategic guidance, ensures compliance with ServiceNow best practices and lead platform transformations to support business objectives. Lead the architecture and configuration of the ServiceNow platform to automate internal ITIL processes. Develop and maintain integrations with external systems using APIs, REST, SOAP, JSON, and MID Server technologies. Provide technical leadership to development teams by ensuring adherence to ServiceNow best practices and coding standards. Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for ServiceNow applications. Evaluate new ServiceNow features and releases to assess their applicability to the organization’s environment. Collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement service management strategies that align with business goals. Ensure platform security, data integrity, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Conduct process flow analysis and redesign to optimize ServiceNow workflows. Provide technical guidance for ServiceNow platform issues and mentor junior team members. Guide cross-functional teams through ServiceNow transformations by ensuring adherence to Agile, DevOps, and ServiceNow technical standards. Conduct workshops to promote platform adoption and data management best practices across enterprise teams. Act as the primary liaison between implementation teams, vendors, and platform teams to ensure successful ServiceNow deployments. Apply knowledge of ServiceNow data models, table structures, and scripting (JavaScript). Design and implement workflows, business rules, and UI policies in ServiceNow. Collaborate with lead distributed teams.
