Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, chemical, or other related engineering field required; Master’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of 15 years of progressive engineering experience required
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
  • Experience with engineered equipment and process solutions, practical in-plant/hands-on field engineering and management, and FEL project life cycle through construction for process piping projects are desired
  • Expert knowledge of engineering fundamentals and specialty areas
  • Advanced proficiency in engineering, computational, and modeling software (Revit, AutoCAD, MicroStation, etc.) as well as Microsoft Office
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to lead teams in a collaborative environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Participation in professional engineering societies/organizations preferred
  • Deep understanding of QA/QC procedures, business practices, and engineering laws

Responsibilities

  • Lead manufacturing and advanced‑technology facility projects, develop innovative engineering designs, process solutions, facility layouts, technical reports, and contract documents while guiding cross‑disciplinary engineering teams
  • Provide expert consultation and resolve complex engineering challenges, ensuring compliance with industry standards, operational reliability, and client performance expectations
  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate detailed project phases across architectural, mechanical, electrical, structural, and process engineering disciplines
  • Mentor and provide technical leadership to junior and mid‑level engineering staff
  • Conduct engineering studies, system evaluations, feasibility analyses, and prepare technical reports for clients and internal leadership
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and technical narratives for clients, industry partners, and stakeholders
