About The Position

Your expertise will be essential in deconstructing complex problems into simple, actionable solutions, ensuring that our products not only meet but exceed performance expectations. You will lead initiatives aimed at improving product performance and scaling, influencing programming standards, and advocating for necessary changes to enhance our development processes. In this role, you will be responsible for forming relationships and building trust across various business units within Wizards. Your contributions will extend to long-term technical planning and prioritization of work at both the project and business unit levels. A key aspect of your position will be mentoring and assisting in the career development of other engineers, sharing your knowledge on technical issues and the latest technologies with the Wizards engineering community. Your leadership will help shape the future of our engineering practices and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
