About The Position

Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Storage Engineer in QA with a good foundation in networking to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in storage interoperability validation, implementation, and management, as well as a deep understanding of storage related to NVMe, NVMeOF and networking paradigms of TCP and RoCE . This role requires a collaborative mindset to work closely with cross-functional teams and ensure our storage systems are both performant and secure. Detailed Description: Expertise of Storage QA which will involve validation activities of firmware and storage subsystems, including automation. Experience of Storage Servers, Storage Arrays – JBOD, JBOFs, NAS, SAN validation. Requires In-depth knowledge of SAS, SCSI, PCIe protocols. Trace Analysis of SAS/Ethernet/PCIe. Experienced knowledge and use of Secure Boot, Secure Firmware Download Working knowledge on SSD and debugging skills is a plus. Solid working knowledge of operating systems: Windows / Linux including trouble shooting issues/problems with those systems Understand Hardware and Software interaction Install and configure various hardware and software components Perform bug verification and drive issues to resolution White box testing knowledge is a plus Understand Software development Life Cycle Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills Ability to achieve results in a fast moving, dynamic environment Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines Self-motivated and Self-driven Experience with the below will be a huge bonus : Data in Flight Encryption IPsec, in Transport and Tunnel mode Transport Layer Security (TLS) 1.3

Requirements

  • Requires in-depth years of industry experience in Storage/Networking/Server domains
  • Requires In-depth knowledge of SAS, SCSI, PCIe protocols. Trace Analysis of SAS/Ethernet/PCIe.
  • Experienced knowledge and use of Secure Boot, Secure Firmware Download
  • Solid working knowledge of operating systems: Windows / Linux including trouble shooting issues/problems with those systems
