The successful candidate will be responsible for the below functions. Define and implement embedded firmware and integrated circuit test solutions for next generation FPGA SOC products. Work with senior team members and Design teams to define custom test firmware, Design-For-Test (DFT) features, Built-In-Self-Test (BIST), structural and functional test methods and pre-silicon test validation. Develop custom test generation software, embedded firmware and ATE test hardware to ensure fast silicon bring-up cycle time, test coverage and product cost goals. Debug and bring up new test programs and hardware on first silicon and stabilize initial manufacturing test. Release and transfer new product test programs and hardware to Operations.
