Requirements

Bachelor’s in business, IT, or related field.
12+ years of project management experience.
Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall
PMP preferred.
Proficient in tools like MS Project, Jira, Monday.com.
Project Management : Risk analysis, decision-making, holistic thinking.
Problem-Solving : Root cause analysis, contingency planning.
Communication : Persuasive, clear, and strategic messaging.
Team Leadership : Empowerment, conflict resolution, mentoring.
SDLC & Process Orientation : Lifecycle understanding, process adherence, and improvement.

Responsibilities

Client Service: Advise on best practices, build strong client relationships.
Stakeholder Management: Maintain transparency, deliver reports, and facilitate alignment.
Project Delivery: Oversee solution design, implementation, and quality assurance.
Planning & Execution: Define scope, timelines, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
Team Leadership: Manage 20–25 team members, assign resources, and foster collaboration.
Risk & Issue Management: Identify, track, and mitigate risks and issues.
Budget Management: Monitor expenses, forecast needs, and report financials.
Quality Assurance: Ensure deliverables meet standards and conduct post-project evaluations
