Drive delivery of IPP Goals Performance Deliver tactical support and program management. Deliver program proposals and regular progress reports. Identify potential roadblocks, develop and execute resolution plans. Facilitate regular meeting cadence with key business partners. Engage with key stakeholders and leadership teams to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement. Conduct regular communication updates to Senior leadership, Sites and MCT leadership team. Conduct program priorities, roadmap, wins, issues and any program related changes communication to key stakeholders. Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Networks, Engineering, or related field followed by 8 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in job offered or in a related occupation. Position requires: 1. Analyzing cost drivers across semiconductor front-end manufacturing operations, supply chain, and business workflows to identify optimization opportunities; 2. Building cost models, performing variance analysis, and leveraging quantitative insights to recommend strategic actions; 3. Presenting complex cost analysis to stakeholders at all levels, enabling informed decisions; 4. Partnering with engineering, operations, procurement, and finance teams to implement cost-reduction initiatives and drive alignment; 5. Setting cost improvement goals, developing roadmaps, and managing competing priorities to deliver measurable impact; 6. Defining KPIs for cost efficiency, tracking progress, and driving process improvements for sustained savings; and 7. Programming and analytics platforms (Python, SQL, or Power BI) to automate reporting and enhance cost visibility. Requirements
