As a Principal Engineer Manager in Product Fabric, you will be responsible for growing a high‑performing engineering team responsible for Copilot quality and health signals, including ASHA, reliability, performance, and experience metrics that inform product planning, experimentation, and business reviews across Microsoft 365 Copilot and Apps. You will define the long-term strategy and lead the systems that power customer experience measurement across Microsoft. This role combines platform ownership with insight generation, ensuring product teams and leaders have trusted data to make informed decisions that improve customer outcomes. You will operate as a player–coach, balancing deep technical engagement with people leadership, while influencing across organizations. This is a highly visible, partner-facing role that requires strong technical judgment, clear communication, and the ability to drive alignment and outcomes at scale.
