What You Will Do Provide expert guidance and technical leadership in metallurgical engineering to support complex projects, programs, and strategic initiatives. In this role, you will:

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgical or Chemical Engineering with seven (7) years of experience, OR
Master’s degree with five (5) years of experience, OR
PhD with three (3) years of experience in a related engineering field.
Advanced knowledge of extractive metallurgy and/or mineral processing engineering.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
Awareness of occupational hazards and safety practices.

Nice To Haves

Experience in technical leadership and mentoring preferred.
Participation in industry events and continuous learning preferred.
