Unity is making a strategic investment in its ability to directly measure the effectiveness of its advertising products—specifically, whether a given ad drove an install—without relying exclusively on third-party mobile measurement partners (MMPs). The Senior Director of Product Management for Ads Measurement will lead this effort. This role owns the vision and execution of Unity’s self-attribution capabilities, ensuring Unity can independently measure ad performance, develop reliable sources of ground truth for AI/ML optimization, and define a clear, intentional relationship with the MMP ecosystem. This leader will operate at the intersection of ads, data science, platform strategy, and developer trust, shaping how Unity measures, explains, and optimizes advertising outcomes in a fragmented and evolving measurement landscape.
