About The Position
Responsible for the oversight and strategic customer experience optimization of BCBSNC’s online solutions, based on diverse data sources across all applications. The incumbent will be a thought leader representing their department and the processes and applications within it to ensure the development and implementation of comprehensive and efficient customer experience solutions. They will leverage their knowledge of BCBSNC customer needs, online solutions, business objectives and data analysis to provide strategic recommendations focused on current and future state application needs to improve the user experience and drive business value. The incumbent will be a leader in creating and promoting strategic best practices in holistically validating application solutions to meet BCBSNC customer experience needs with data. Ensuring optimum business benefits are being tested and solutioned for while enhancing the current operating environment and interdependent systems/applications.
