We are seeking a skilled and motivated Principal Software Developer to join our team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Node.js, React, and MongoDB to architect and develop AI-powered software solutions. You will collaborate closely with team members and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and to facilitate effective communication.

Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to design and implement robust software architectures that align with business goals.
Work closely with product owners and stakeholders to gather and define project requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment throughout the development process.
Provide early estimations for project timelines and resources needed for the development of prescribed solutions, helping to set realistic expectations.
Facilitate communication among team members, stakeholders, and architecture, development, and infrastructure teams to ensure a cohesive development process.
Lead and participate in design discussions, providing insights and guidance to drive innovative solutions and best practices.
Collaborate with AI/ML teams to integrate machine learning models into production systems.
Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI, software development, and system architecture.

8+ years of professional software development experience, including experience in a leadership or principal engineer role.
Expertise with Node.js, React, and MongoDB.
Proven experience integrating AI or ML solutions into real-world applications.
Strong understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and modern DevOps practices.
Deep knowledge of JavaScript/ES6+, asynchronous programming, and performance optimization.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Ability to lead code reviews, set engineering standards, and foster a culture of technical excellence.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
