Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in a related role or equivalent skill/education; must include deep knowledge of data science principles.
• Strong coding skills in Python and SQL and machine Learning knowledge (Deep learning, NLP, Classification, Forecasting, Regression, GenAI etc. on large datasets) with experience in ML model deployment
• Ability to work with internal stakeholders to transfer business questions into quantitative problem statements
• Ability to effectively communicate data science progress to non-technical internal stakeholders and ability to lead a team of data scientists is a plus

Nice To Haves

• Master’s or PhD in a quantitative discipline.
• Ability to act as a coach to the team and strong product/technology/industry knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Solve business and customer issues utilizing AI/ML
• Build prototypes and scalable AI/ML solutions that will be integrated into software products
• Collaborate with software engineers, business stakeholders and product owners in an Agile environment
• Have complete ownership of model outcomes and drive continuous improvement
