Job Description: We are seeking a visionary Director of Data Science to join the Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AIML) team within Fidelity Fund and Investment Operations (FFIO). In this leadership role, you will drive the development and deployment of innovative machine learning solutions that address complex business and technical challenges across FFIO. The Team Fidelity Fund & Investment Operations (FFIO) technology team crafts and maintains technology solutions and products that enable FFIO to provide accounting and investment management support services to Fidelity fund management and shareholders. Advanced Analytics team is responsible for providing thought-leadership by generating effective insights to improve business excellence using data science techniques. Fidelity’s hybrid working model blends the best of both onsite and offsite work experiences. Having the majority of our associates work onsite is important for our business strategy and our culture. We also value the benefits that working offsite offers associates. Most roles listed as Hybrid will require associates to work onsite all business days of every other week in a Fidelity office.
