About The Position

In this role, you will lead strategic data initiatives that redefine how the partner organization approaches data products, ensuring a significant impact on their competitiveness. The ideal candidate will leverage their strategic vision and technical expertise to influence key stakeholders and drive growth. Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in product management or data analytics.
  • 5+ years focused on data products or analytics platforms.
  • Proven track record of leading complex data initiatives.
  • Expert-level proficiency in SQL and data analysis.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling and data architecture.
  • Working knowledge of data science methodologies.
  • Experience with modern data stacks and big data technologies.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to articulate ROI.
  • Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations.
  • Proven project management capabilities for complex initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with executives to set a strategic vision for data products and analytics capabilities.
  • Lead discovery and validation of transformational data product opportunities.
  • Own and communicate a multi-year roadmap for enterprise data products.
  • Architect end-to-end data product solutions incorporating various data systems.
  • Conduct data analysis using SQL to identify trends and quantify business impacts.
  • Collaborate with data science teams for machine learning and analytics projects.
  • Translate complex data concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Facilitate cross-functional alignment on complex data initiatives.
  • Define success metrics and KPI frameworks for data products.
  • Mentor junior product managers and establish best practices.
  • Recommend new data technologies and drive organizational change management.
  • Represent the Data Product team in executive forums and strategic sessions.
