Requirements

M.Sc. or B.Sc. in a related field.
Ten years of related experience in clinical data management.
In-depth understanding of clinical trial data management processes.
Proven leadership skills in managing data management activities.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent presentation and relationship-building skills.
Ability to organize and manage multiple projects independently.
Knowledge of data management processes ensuring quality delivery.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary contact for data management discussions and timelines.
Perform hands-on data management tasks such as writing specifications and test plans.
Review data and resolve queries from various data sources.
Plan and execute data processing for assigned projects.
Validate electronically captured data and lead quality control efforts.
