Requirements

10+ years modernizing complex databases with deep SQL Server expertise.
Proven success in 2+ migration paths (SQL Server→PostgreSQL/Babelfish, Oracle→Aurora, etc.).
Strong AWS database knowledge, enterprise leadership experience, GenAI/ML understanding, and natural mentoring abilities.
