Requirements

• Expert in Microsoft Power Automate, PowerShell, Python, and other task automation platforms.
• Familiarity with Asana, Microsoft 365 applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop workflows and scripts for task automation using tools such as Microsoft Power Automate, PowerShell, Python, and others.
• Ensure all automation and integrations workflows follow industry's best practices and remain in compliance with agency security policies and standards.
• Integrate automated workflows with existing systems, such as Asana, Microsoft 365, Adobe Sign, and others.
• Train and support staff on any automation and integration processes developed.
• Troubleshoot, maintain, and resolve issues related to automation scripts and workflows.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in automation technology and best practices.
• Document automation processes and maintain a repository of scripts and workflows.
• Create and maintain BI visualization using Tableau and Power BI.
• Collaborate with internal team, external stakeholders, and community partners to improve systems process and visualization.
