About the position

The Principal Customer Success Architect role is a strategic advisor within our Privacy/GRC/Compliance product portfolio. We are looking for passionate technical experts with significant industry experience to help ensure strategic success and achieve value while engaging with our portfolio of selected OneTrust customers. Specifically, we are looking for an architect to fit into our 'Privacy Management' product offering within our 'Privacy & Data Governance' Cloud. By 2025, approximately 75% of the global population is expected to have their personal information protected by modern privacy regulations. These laws vary from country to country, leading to confusion and conflicting requirements for safeguarding personal data. Handling privacy tasks manually increases privacy and security risk, threatens customer trust, and can result in the loss of the right to use data and heavy fines. We need someone who can advise them on the challenges they will face and how to overcome them as they look to use OneTrust to meet their business outcomes.
