We are seeking a Principal Quality Engineer to provide strategic leadership within our Business Units (Automotive/Industrial, Telecom, Standard Analog, DC/DC, Computing, Battery Management & Sensor). This pivotal role blends technical excellence with leadership, driving quality initiatives and elevating our quality strategy. You will lead cross-functional teams and collaborate closely with Engineering, Production, and global Quality Assurance groups to proactively tackle complex quality challenges and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
