We are looking for a Principal Customer Adoption Strategy Manager to join Smartsheet’s Customer Excellence team. This role is responsible for designing and scaling Smartsheet’s customer adoption and value realization programs, ensuring customers achieve measurable outcomes across onboarding, adoption, and renewal milestones. You will partner closely with Product, Customer Excellence, Sales, Revenue Operations, and Enablement to operationalize structured adoption frameworks and success planning at scale. This is a highly visible role with direct impact on enterprise adoption, retention, and long-term customer value. This is a remote eligible position and you may work remotely from anywhere in the US where Smartsheet is registered.
