Role Summary The Principal Architect – Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM) is the sole subject matter expert in enterprise Customer Identity & Access Management. As an individual contributor, this role defines long-term strategy for CIAM and exercises considerable latitude and initiative to solve complex problems related to customer identity, authentication, authorization, and access governance.
