About The Position
Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota is hiring a Principal Corporate Strategy Consultant in Eagan, MN. As a member of the corporate strategy team, you will partner with the Corporate Strategy Office leadership and the executive management team to formulate Blue Cross strategic plan, administer the strategic planning process and lead the development of critical business strategies in support of the company's overall strategic direction. You will work with senior leadership to develop business plans and identify priorities required to achieve strategic objectives and will be responsible for collaborating to ensure strategic alignment. You will leverage prior experiences in defining and shaping healthcare strategies, developing approaches and adapting frameworks to drive strategy development. As a valued thought partner, you are responsible for facilitating and driving the definition of complex, enterprise strategies. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of corporate strategy-related experience with a background in healthcare and management consulting. You will have proven strategic planning, analytical and communication skills. This role is hybrid, 2 days a week in office, out of Eagan, MN.
