In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping and driving the growth strategy for a critical healthcare initiative. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration or equivalent experience.
  • 10 or more years of experience in healthcare strategy, contract management, or market finance roles.
  • 2 or more years of proven experience in cross-functional leadership.
  • Deep understanding of Medicare regulations and reimbursement methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and business intelligence tools.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, own and manage the Stars enterprise contract growth strategy and effectively communicate the strategy across the enterprise.
  • Lead and influence key enterprise stakeholders to achieve consensus on contract strategy and optimize Stars performance.
  • Analyze performance and trends to educate market leadership on insights influencing business growth.
  • Recommend new contracts and consolidations for Product Compliance to pursue as part of the growth strategy.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about the Medicare landscape and inform contract growth initiatives.
  • Establish key performance indicators to track the success of growth strategies.
