About The Position

NetSuite Customer Success (CS) is seeking an experienced Principal Consultant to join our Professional Services team focused on the Healthcare, Insurance, and Financial Services industries within the General Business vertical. CS delivers ERP implementations and optimization engagements (using SuiteSuccess methodology) for customers across North America. This role is part of the NetSuite Customer Success – Professional Services organization and is responsible for leading end-to-end NetSuite implementations, phase upgrades, module deployments, and optimization/health check engagements that result in project-based, high-value deliverables. As a Principal Consultant, you will operate independently with ownership for overall engagement outcomes, working closely with Project Managers and consulting teams to deliver high-quality, fit-for-purpose solutions. Soft skills and professional maturity are essential – you must be capable of navigating complex client situations and collaborating effectively across internal and external teams.
