About The Position

We partner with organizations to design and deliver transformational solutions across Workday HCM, Financials, and Talent. As we continue to grow our Talent practice, we are seeking a Principal Consultant with deep Workday Recruiting expertise to lead complex engagements and drive exceptional client outcomes. The Principal Consultant, Workday Recruiting serves as a functional leader on client engagements, owning solution design, configuration strategy, and delivery excellence across Workday Recruiting implementations and post-production optimization. This is a highly client-facing role requiring strong consulting presence, deep product expertise, and the ability to guide both clients and internal teams through complex recruiting transformations. This role is remote-first, with travel expectations aligned to client needs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on Workday Recruiting implementation experience
  • Workday Recruiting certification required
  • Deep understanding of recruiting operations and talent acquisition strategy
  • Experience leading complex, multi-workstream projects
  • Strong workshop facilitation and executive communication skills
  • Consulting experience strongly preferred

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with global or multi-entity implementations
  • Knowledge of Recruiting integrations (background checks, assessments, job boards, etc.)
  • Strong analytical and reporting expertise within Workday
  • Ability to balance strategic advisory with hands-on configuration

Responsibilities

  • Lead discovery and design sessions for Workday Recruiting implementations
  • Architect scalable recruiting solutions aligned to business and talent acquisition strategy
  • Provide subject matter expertise on end-to-end recruiting processes including candidate lifecycle, offer management, integrations, reporting, and compliance
  • Advise clients on best practices, optimization opportunities, and future-state roadmaps
  • Own functional design documentation and configuration strategy
  • Lead workshops, design reviews, and solution validations
  • Partner with Technical and Integration teams to support data conversions and third-party integrations
  • Guide testing strategy, UAT support, and go-live readiness
  • Support clients in continuous improvement initiatives
  • Identify enhancements tied to new Workday releases
  • Provide strategic advisory support to Talent Acquisition leadership teams
