About The Position

This role offers a unique opportunity to lead and deliver advanced offensive security services for healthcare and enterprise clients while mentoring a growing team of skilled consultants. You will be directly engaged in performing network, cloud, web, mobile, and wireless penetration tests, providing actionable insights that help organizations protect sensitive data and optimize their cybersecurity posture. The position combines technical expertise, client engagement, and leadership responsibilities, allowing you to influence both service delivery and strategic development. You will work in a fully remote, collaborative environment with high autonomy, engaging in both billable client work and initiatives to refine testing methodologies. This role is ideal for a cybersecurity professional who thrives in complex, dynamic environments and seeks to share knowledge while advancing industry best practices.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience delivering offensive security services in at least two of the following: network, cloud, mobile, web, or wireless penetration testing.
  • Expertise with proprietary and open-source security tools (e.g., Nessus, Burp Suite, Wireshark, Kali Linux).
  • Strong customer-facing skills with the ability to manage multiple projects independently and exercise sound judgment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for translating technical findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other common software tools.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on technical security analysis and reporting.
  • Ability and willingness to develop repeatable processes, deliver training, and support team growth.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail in managing concurrent client engagements.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver offensive security assessments across multiple domains including network, cloud, mobile, web, and wireless systems.
  • Collaborate with clients, project managers, and engagement leaders to define assessment strategies, scope, and deliverables.
  • Mentor and assist the Technical Testing Services (TTS) team, reviewing work and ensuring consistent quality standards.
  • Develop and refine methodologies, templates, and best practices for security testing services.
  • Participate in thought leadership initiatives, including webinars, industry groups, and technical publications.
  • Support business development activities and contribute to expanding service offerings.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, service delivery, and team capabilities while communicating risks and issues to leadership.
