  • Responsible for firewall maintenance and configuration support.
  • Monitor efficiency and effectiveness of the support process.
  • Generate performance reports.
  • Manage improvements within the support process.
  • Assist with the Major Incident processes.
  • Troubleshoot, analyze problems, and implement and document permanent corrective action to resolve issues.
  • Responsible for fault isolation, break/fix support, maintenance and troubleshooting of network firewalls.
  • Coordinate with other support teams to troubleshoot and resolve network issues.
  • Perform routine configuration and maintenance activities.
  • Responsible for implementation & support of network security and automation solutions as well as help with operational tasks where necessary.
  • Provide expertise in firewalls, zscaler and PKI and coordinate with vendor support teams for resolution of identified bugs.
  • Work closely with the compliance & internal audit team to ensure appropriate controls and audit logs are in place.
  • Enable continuous improvement of the Network Security Posture.
  • Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering (all), Computer Science, Technology or related field.
  • Two (2) years of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.
  • In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, 3 years of Bachelor's-level study and 1 year of related experience in the job offered or related occupation are also acceptable.
  • 1 year of experience with Firewalls & VPN.
  • Hands-on experience, world-class training, mentorship, and AI certifications to advance your skills.
