As a Principal Consultant at Avania, you will play a key role in strengthening our Market Access and Reimbursement capability, bringing deep medical device expertise and hands-on consulting experience to a growing team. This role is particularly well suited to someone with strong domain credibility, a proactive mindset, and the ability to operate with a high degree of independence, there is also interest in someone who is comfortable participating in commercial discussions and who has some prior exposure to business development activity, whether through contributing to proposals, supporting client growth, or helping win new work. At the same time, success in this position will come from being hands-on, practical, and able to build strong working relationships internally and externally. You will join a team that values experience, judgment, and camaraderie, and you will have the opportunity to make a visible impact as Avania continues to grow its market access offering.
