We are inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant full stack Developer We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer to join our team and contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of web applications. The ideal candidate has strong proficiency in both frontend and backend technologies, understands system architecture, and can deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred).
• years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Strong command of JavaScript/TypeScript, and at least one frontend framework.
• Proficiency with backend development using Node.js, Python, Java, or equivalent.
• Experience with REST APIs, authentication (JWT/OAuth), and microservices.
• Hands-on experience with SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and containerization tools.
• Familiarity with Git and agile methodologies.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of testing frameworks\: Jest, Mocha, Cypress, Selenium, etc.
• Understanding of performance optimization and security best practices.
• Experience working in startup/fast-paced environments.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.

Responsibilities

• Develop responsive, user-friendly interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript and modern frameworks such as React / Angular / Vue.
• Implement UI/UX design with attention to detail and cross-browser compatibility.
• Optimize frontend performance and ensure seamless user experiences.
• Build and maintain RESTful or GraphQL APIs using Node.js, Express, Python (Django/Flask), Java (Spring), or similar frameworks.
• Design scalable and secure server-side logic, database queries, and business logic.
• Integrate third-party services and APIs as required.
• Design, query, and manage databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, etc.
• Develop efficient schemas, migrations, and data models.
• Manage application deployment using AWS / Azure / GCP, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, or Kubernetes.
• Monitor and optimize system performance, security, and reliability.
• Work closely with designers, product managers, and other engineers.
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and architectural discussions.
• Write clear technical documentation.
