  • Manage large-scale IT projects with a strong focus on SAP IS-U implementations.
  • Oversee at least one full lifecycle (end-to-end) SAP IS-U implementation.
  • Utilize in-depth understanding of SAP IS-U modules including Device Management, Meter Reading, Billing/Invoicing, and Energy Data Management.
  • Apply strong knowledge of the SAP IS-U Meter to Cash business process lifecycle.
  • Employ project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
  • Manage project teams, including team building, performance management, and conflict resolution.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and manage client relationships.
  • Analyze problems and develop solutions using strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Plan, schedule, budget, and manage risks and changes in projects.
  • Understand transport management, dependency management, and overall SAP implementation processes.
  • 10-15 years of experience in managing large-scale IT projects.
  • Proven experience in at least one full lifecycle SAP IS-U implementation.
  • In-depth understanding of SAP IS-U modules.
  • Strong knowledge of the SAP IS-U Meter to Cash business process lifecycle.
  • Expertise in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage project teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
  • Proficiency in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and change management.
  • Technical understanding of transport management and overall SAP implementation processes.
  • Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA for Utilities and cloud solutions.
