Global Executive Development (GED) is seeking a strategic Principal, Communications, to shape and execute communications that support the development of Amazon's most senior leaders across all business units. From crafting compelling program narratives and executive-facing content to building scalable communications strategies for flagship development programs, you will be a critical partner in bringing GED's mission to life. The ideal candidate is a skilled storyteller with a bias for action, has strong writing instincts, and demonstrates the ability to translate complex leadership development concepts into clear, engaging messages for senior audiences. Executive talent management defines and executes the talent philosophy for the executive lifecycle, including cyclical deliverables such as facilitating VP promotions and preparing for Board succession planning.
