Each of them has made a significant investment in data collaboration infrastructure. The Principal Collaboration Architect is the person who makes that investment pay off. This role sits inside our Customer Growth & Insights team. This newly formed, high-visibility group is built specifically to drive program depth and network scale across our most strategic accounts. You’ll partner closely with customers to design their collaboration program from the ground up: the technical architecture, the internal operating model, the use cases, and the measurement framework that proves the program is working. The goal is always the same: build something the customer’s own team can run and grow independently, with LiveRamp as a strategic partner rather than a permanent fixture.
