  • Expertise in Linux virtualization (KVM) and related automation.
  • Proven experience with backup, restore, and DR solutions for cloud-native and Kubernetes workloads (Velero, Kasten, etc.).
  • Broad experience in designing and governing large-scale REST APIs and API-first platforms.
  • Contributor or leader in open-source communities or large-scale enterprise technology transformation projects.

Responsibilities

  • Architect, design, and drive the development of critical platform components for the Kubernetes-based Private Cloud AI platform, ensuring the platform scales to meet future business needs.
  • Translate complex product and business requirements into comprehensive architectural strategies, implementation roadmaps, and production-grade code.
  • Lead the evolution and technical direction of backend services and controllers in Golang, setting standards for scalability, observability, reliability, and security.
  • Spearhead the triage, analysis, and resolution of highly complex cross-stack issues that span applications, Kubernetes, Storage, and Networking layers.
  • Champion and set direction for CI/CD best practices and DevOps excellence across teams, fostering a culture of continuous delivery and automation for all cloud-native services.
  • Serve as a top-tier technical authority and mentor across the organization; actively guide and upskill engineering teams through design reviews, code reviews, and personalized mentorship.
  • Own and influence key architecture discussions, evaluate emerging technologies, and make critical decisions that shape the overall platform direction and technology stack.
  • Partner with Product team, Engineering, and Business leaders to align technical roadmap with strategic business objectives and delivery timelines.
  • Foster cross-team collaboration and knowledge sharing, influencing engineering culture and best practices across the broader organization.
