Principal Cloud Architect, AI
About The Position
Partners with customers, sales, engineering, and product teams to design, demonstrate, and deploy Oracle Cloud Infrastructure solutions that address complex business challenges. Engages with strategic customers and executive stakeholders to gather requirements, translate business needs into cloud-native and AI-enabled solutions, and drive adoption of Oracle Cloud services. Designs and implements Generative AI systems for customers, including LLM-based applications, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and agentic workflows using frameworks such as LangGraph with Observability, supporting scalable, secure, and production-ready deployments. Supports customers from Proof of Concept through production, including solution architecture, infrastructure configuration, performance optimization, and customer enablement. Creates and delivers technical assets, reference architectures, and demonstrations to support customer success and sales engagements. Serves as a technical leader and mentor, influencing product and engineering roadmaps based on customer feedback. Maintains deep expertise by staying current on cloud platforms, distributed systems, and emerging Generative AI technologies.
