About The Position

Requirements

  • Bachelor's (BA/BS) degree or equivalent experience.
  • Eight (8) years of related business experience.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, coordinate, implement, and measure performance of strategic planning and business management processes for an assigned line of business (LOB) or department.
  • Monitor and ensure alignment of strategic planning and business management processes with PG&E's mission and vision.
  • Collaborate with officers and managers to develop and review budgetary requirements and support strategic goals.
  • Establish governance, risk, and compliance processes for operational plans and resource administration.
  • Develop and implement benchmarking initiatives and performance measurement processes.
  • Conduct assessments and studies for continuous improvement of processes and resources.
  • Create and execute agenda processes and communications for the assigned LOB or department.
  • Compose and prepare correspondence, presentations, reports, and other materials.
  • Plan and support meetings and communications for vice presidents and other leaders.
  • Research and analyze inquiries and issues to develop recommendations for decision-making actions.
  • Lead or participate in key initiatives for the LOB and represent the leader at meetings.
