Consumer, Product, Brand & Marketplace (CPBM) Operations is the foundation of our product creation capability. You will be part of a team delivering holistic capabilities that integrate people, process, tools and data to continually redefine operational excellence and ensure that CPBM priorities are connected from strategy to delivery. We're looking for a Principal Change Manager to join the CBPM Ops Central Operations team. This role requires an experienced organizational change leader with a proven track record managing complex change management programs in a corporate environment. You are an outstanding teammate and leader that brings your communication and collaboration skills to solve for problems and lead within an ambiguous, dynamic, and highly matrixed environment. You are a relationship builder and serve as an advisor and coach for our stakeholders. We are looking for an internal consultant mindset with the ability assess, align, and move with speed to design and implement change management strategies.
