About The Position

Requirements

• Master's degree in education or related field (Required).
• High school diploma or GED (Required).
• 5 years of leadership experience (Required).
• 7 years of teaching experience (Preferred).
• 5 years of experience working with high school students (Required).

Responsibilities

• Provide educational leadership in accordance with the school's mission and bylaws.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the school.
• Maintain and develop strong academic achievement and counseling services.
• Facilitate co-curricular and extra-curricular programs for students.
• Serve as a liaison to the Board of Directors.
