About The Position

Intuit Customer Success BPR is responsible for delivering the most complex cross-functional initiatives across all Intuit business areas, including Sales, Customer Success, Digital & Product. We build strong relationships across the company and stitch Intuit systems and processes enterprise-wide. As a BPR Manager, you will plan, mobilize, and implement mid to large scale initiatives, ensuring system changes are thoroughly tested and organizations are ready for process changes. You will be the prime mover of your initiatives including mapping AS-IS & TO-BE process maps, requirements definition, E2E program delivery, resource-planning, communications, project governance, risk management, change management and readiness. You'll connect the dots, build trust and understanding between groups, and orchestrate the activities needed to make your initiatives successful.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering; or 8 years and a Master's degree in Business or Engineering.
  • Experience planning, managing, and successfully delivering large initiatives through highly cross-functional business teams.
  • Experience supporting system configuration, architecture, and software development life cycles.
  • Experience with global projects incorporating regional and country-specific details.
  • Best-in-class communication and presentation skills (written and verbal) to all levels of an organization.
  • Ability to form cohesive teams across disparate organizations and groups.
  • Ability to partner with product managers, engineers, data scientists, architects and business stakeholders, and navigate through ambiguity to clarify objectives and execution plans.
  • Ability to travel and work off/weekend hours to support initiatives, as needed.
