The Business Performance Analyst analyzes processes and utilizes Lean Six Sigma techniques to develop and recommend operational process improvements. They manage cross-functional teams and partner with peers and leaders to implement process changes and conduct ongoing measurements. The incumbent may own ongoing process management or administration. The incumbent also provides business analytics, including research, data analysis, metric implementation, forecasting, and reporting, in support of business decision-making, strategy, and operations. This position follows a hybrid work model, requiring employees to report to their assigned office location at least one to two days per week. The remaining days may be worked remotely, depending on business needs. The headquarters location is flexible and must be within the PG&E service territory. PG&E is providing the salary range that the company, in good faith, believes it may pay for at the time of the job posting. This compensation range is specific to the locality of the job. The actual salary paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, geographic location, collective bargaining agreements, and internal equity. Although we estimate the successful candidate hired into this role will be placed towards the middle or entry point of the range, the decision will be made on a case-by-case basis related to these factors. This job is also eligible to participate in PG&E’s discretionary incentive compensation programs. A reasonable salary range is: Bay Area Minimum: $151,000 Bay Area Mid-Point: $204,000 Bay Area Maximum: $257,000 &/OR CA Minimum: $143,000 CA Mid-Point: $194,000 CA Maximum: $244,000
