We are excited for the opportunity for a strategic thinker and expert problem solver to join our team as a Principle Business Analyst! In this essential role, you will leverage your specialized expertise to provide consultative support that drives insights and a more strategic lens within our organization. This person will conduct and assist Business Architects in domain-specific areas such as claims, distribution, product, service, data and the Frontier program. Your contributions will be pivotal in supporting our Business Architects by driving maturity assessments of current capabilities, aligning them to business processes and customer journeys, and enhancing our understanding of the complete insurance life cycle. You will perform thorough research and analysis, presenting your findings in clear artifacts with precision to recommend impactful changes and solutions that will elevate business outcomes. With minimal direction, you will navigate complex tasks, ensuring that our operations are not only efficient but also innovative. This role offers the unique chance to influence strategic decisions and improve our operational framework while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
