About The Position

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is seeking a Business Analyst to translate data into actionable insights for the Zero Process Oracle (ZPO) initiative. This role bridges technical data capabilities and business decision-making, providing executives with portfolio analytics, constraint identification, and quarterly performance reports. As Business Analyst, you will develop portfolio-level analytics showing improvement trends, and organizational throughput. You will create executive dashboards, identify constraints and improvement opportunities across processes, generate insights for quarterly leadership reviews, and validate AI-generated recommendations with business context.

Requirements

  • 5+ years SQL and business analytics experience
  • Proficiency in BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Oracle Analytics Cloud)
  • Strong data visualization and storytelling skills
  • Business acumen to translate data into insights
  • Experience with executive reporting and presentation

Responsibilities

  • Develop portfolio analytics (Improvement trends, blocked processes, throughput by org)
  • Create executive dashboards with drill-down capabilities for leadership exploration
  • Assist with Ad-hoc analyses and report generation
  • Analyze process performance to identify constraints and improvement opportunities
  • Generate quarterly insights reports (top wins, emerging patterns, areas for focus)
  • Conduct root cause analysis when processes fail to improve
  • Translate complex data into actionable recommendations for non-technical audiences

  • Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position.
