Principal Business Analyst <\/p> Seattle, WA, <\/div> <\/div> JOB REQUIREMENTS<\/span><\/b> <\/p> · <\/span><\/span><\/span> Bachelor’s degree required<\/span><\/span> <\/p> · <\/span><\/span><\/span> A minimum of 15 years of experience in Business Analysis and/or Product Owner<\/span><\/span><\/b> <\/p> · <\/span><\/span><\/span> Strong experience in querying, mapping and documenting data<\/span><\/span> <\/p> · <\/span><\/span><\/span> Experience leading and directing others to achieve measurable results.<\/span><\/span> <\/p> · <\/span><\/span><\/span> Demonstrated ability to articulate customized solutions to meet business requirements<\/span><\/span> <\/p> · <\/span><\/span><\/span> Advanced experience working with Agile/Kanban software development processes<\/span><\/span> <\/p> · <\/span><\/span><\/span> Advanced skills using a variety of tools to document workflows and data mapping including but not limited to Excel and Visio/Lucid<\/span><\/span><\/b> <\/p> · <\/span><\/span><\/span> Ability to work be comfortable with ambiguity and to be flexible in a dynamic environment.<\/span><\/span> <\/p> · <\/span><\/span><\/span> Ability to thrive in a matrixed organization<\/span><\/span> <\/p> · <\/span><\/span><\/span> Understanding of analysis and documentation goals throughout the project lifecycle<\/span><\/span> <\/p> · <\/span><\/span><\/span> Ability to facilitate decision making through workshops<\/span><\/span> <\/p> · <\/span><\/span><\/span> Ability to learn quickly and work in a changing environment and under tight deadlines<\/span><\/span> <\/p> · <\/span><\/span><\/span> Ability to independently manage personal timelines and meet tight deadlines<\/span><\/span> <\/p> · <\/span><\/span><\/span> Ability to successfully manage and coordinate simultaneous project deliverables across groups and teams<\/span><\/span> <\/p> Strong experience with SQL, Excel, Visio/Lucid, Jira, Confluence<\/span><\/span><\/b> <\/div><\/span>
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
