In this role, you will leverage your extensive research and knowledge of industry best practices to co-create solutions with teams based on their unique circumstances. You will provide high-touch consulting to help teams develop and apply the behaviors and skills necessary for success, coaching them until they can demonstrate these skills independently. As a key player in our organization, you will work across platforms to design common models and practices, providing guidance and coaching on new ways of working. Your commitment to continuous improvement will adapt our delivery to the constantly evolving business and organizational changes. You will be responsible for the concept and delivery of living documentation, documenting business intent and changes over time, and managing agile ceremonies such as quarterly release planning, roadmap creation, and vision. You will partner with and advise leaders on organizational designs, process, and culture changes that enable business agility.
