This Associate will be a part of our Enterprise Product and Design (EPX) Recruiting Team. This is an exciting opportunity to help identify talent that is directly responsible for creating products and platforms that serve internal associates to help them work more efficiently by limiting barriers and centralizing processes and platforms. You will effectively manage candidates through the recruiting and selection process, provide consulting and guidance to our partners and participate in projects that enhance the recruiting experience. We're looking for someone who is curious, collaborative, solution oriented and does not shy away from a challenge!

Requirements

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
  • At least 3 years of experience in recruiting OR 3 years of experience in human resources OR 3 years of client consulting experience OR a combination of the three.

Nice To Haves

  • Professional Human Resources (PHR) certification.
  • 4+ years of experience in Corporate Recruiting - full life cycle, research, and sourcing.
  • 2+ years experience consulting with multiple hiring managers at once while developing and enhancing excellent working relationships with those managers and their teams.
  • Ability to influence and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to use innovative techniques to attract and recruit diverse talent.
  • Experience in compensation and general HR requirements as related to hiring.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers and business, group or organization leads, and key stakeholders to understand unique talent needs.
  • Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process and hiring deliverables, including creating compelling position descriptions, sourcing diverse candidate pipelines, marketing Capital One's talent brand, screening candidates, advising business partners on the recruiting process, and negotiating job offers.
  • Develop and execute sourcing plans to identify and recruit top talent, owning the candidate development process from identification and engagement to offer extension and closing.
  • Work cross-functionally across a team of high performing recruiters and promote a culture of inspiration, empowerment and inclusion.
  • Leverage recruiting data to proactively provide status updates and hiring results to leadership and HR partners.
  • Source stellar candidates using innovative sourcing techniques beyond direct applications.
