About The Position

Responsibilities

• Lead change management initiatives for core projects on the Research and Design Operations team.
• Assess the impact of change on associates and plan accordingly.
• Document changes and create change management strategies to maximize adoption.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to align and deliver change management strategies.
• Drive effective communication strategies to enhance adoption and proficiency of changes.
• Document project progress and report status to stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve and streamline business processes.
• Work with Corporate Communications to execute communications around events and program strategies.
• Conduct impact assessments and evaluate change readiness.
• Create and measure success metrics to monitor change progress.
