About The Position

The Premium Products & Experiences business is accelerating Capital One's journey to the top of the market. We have launched an award-winning flagship credit card Venture X, launching of our Capital One Travel, Dining and Entertainment portals, curated bespoke exclusive dining and access experiences, rewards, marketing and more. In this high visibility role, you will report directly into the Travel Strategy & Chief of Staff team. The Capital One Travel team is our premier, tech-powered travel booking platform where cardholders can earn and redeem rewards on flights, hotels, cars, and more - making it a core part of the Capital One cardholder experience and the value propositions of our flagship credit cards. You will work on a diverse set of strategic projects based on the top of house priorities, help deliver well-executed processes that improve team efficiency, and bolster the broader team engagement. The ideal candidate can solve problems and quickly operationalize solutions, while building for sustainability and scalability, strong organizational skills, and is proactive in managing their work. Through this role the candidate will need to be able to structure their thinking to effectively influence others and demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 4 years of project management experience
  • At least 4 years of writing or communications experience
  • At least 2 years of experience using Google Suite

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with leadership and internal partners to create, socialize, and mobilize against data driven strategies and initiatives in a thoughtful way
  • Support and lead moderate to large horizontal priorities, programs, and special projects across the team
  • Build relationships and collaborate with cross-functional key stakeholders
  • Connect dots across multiple leaders to understand and aggregate impacts to the business
  • Own and direct work across teams to ensure high quality, on time delivery
  • Develop and implement new product and pricing strategies for various lending products; lead product level modeling/analytics
  • Lead direct-to-consumer marketing efforts for select products, and strategic intent for products distributed through the retail channel
  • Build targeted insights to inform the design and development of new customer experiences, as well as breakthrough technology and concepts designed to deliver on new go-to-market strategies
  • Drive step-change improvements in credit performance by connecting drivers of future consumer credit trends to historical behavior, creating risk models, and testing hypotheses using rigorous monitoring and analysis
  • Manage and sequence delivery of business intent, build business requirements and execute against the product strategy
  • Oversee multiple projects and programs concurrently
  • Deliver on bolstering a collaborative working environment amongst our Premium Product & Experiences organization
  • Be a force-multiplier driving the effectiveness of the team
