We are seeking a highly-talented Project Management associate to join the Mainstreet Chief of Staff team. This person will have the opportunity to play a critical role in fostering the success of both Mainstreet customers and our associates. You will partner closely with stakeholders across the enterprise to design, launch, and evolve programs and projects with high visibility and impact.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification.
  • At least 3 years of Project Management or Process Management experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Operations or Chief of Staff functions.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree or military experience.
  • 4+ years of Project Management or Process Management experience.
  • 2+ years of experience writing communications and presentations for leadership and non-leadership audiences.
  • 2+ years of People management experience.
  • PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification.
  • Strong problem solving and influencing skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitation and support of departmental planning, governance, internal and external communications, associate engagement, community involvement, event planning, metrics management, financial planning, space planning, and special projects to support departmental objectives.
  • Assist in developing associate engagement strategy.
  • Lead execution and evolution of associate programming (including hybrid experience and recognition).
  • Lead Culture Committee and sub-committees.
  • Support Mainstreet-wide routines, such as All Calls and leadership offsites.
  • Manage various staffing and organizational projects, such as campus hire demand.
  • Drive ad-hoc projects by confirming scope and deliverables and ensuring timelines and budget are met while identifying risks and issues/escalating as needed.
